Beginning September 8, 2025, Harris County MUD 419 will officially transition daily operations from Inframark to Si Environmental, LLC.
Residents will soon receive a welcome packet from Si Environmental on their door. We are also sharing this information here to make sure everyone has access to the details.
What This Means for You
- Final Inframark Bill: Your last bill from Inframark will be processed by Si Environmental. Automatic payments through Inframark will end, so please follow the payment instructions on your bill.
- New Account Creation: After final meter readings, a new Si Environmental account will be created automatically for each customer. Deposits will transfer—no new deposit is required. Please allow time for this setup process.
- First Si Environmental Bill: You will receive your first bill by mail after your account is established. At that time, you’ll be able to create an online account, view billing and payment history, sign up for paperless billing, and pay online.

- Pay-by-phone: 832-490-1600
- Text-to-Pay
- Bank Bill-Pay (using your 10-digit account number)
- Drop boxes at 6420 Reading Road (Rosenberg) or 9826 Whithorn Dr. (Houston)
- By mail: PO Box 4824, Houston, TX 77210-4824
- In-person at participating Walmart, Western Union, HEB, Kroger, or Fiesta locations (fees may apply)
Please note: Automatic payments set up with Inframark will not transfer to Si Environmental. You will need to re-establish your preferred payment method once your new account is active.
