Operator Transition Update

September 12, 2025 1:58 pm

Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 419 (HCMUD 419) is committed to keeping residents informed as we transition from Inframark to Si Environmental, LLC as the District’s water and sewer operator. Below is a quick update on what’s already taken place and what to expect this week.

This Week (September 7–13)

  • Door tags were placed on residents’ doors with transition information.
  • Si Environmental assumed operations, including facility repairs and water/sewer emergencies.
  • Water and sewer inquiries in the BWA Connect app began routing to Si Environmental.
  • Customer service calls started transitioning to Si Environmental.
  • Meters were read and final Inframark bills were mailed today (September 12).
    • These bills are due by October 11, 2025.

Next Week (September 14–20)

  • Customer billing data (including EyeOnWater accounts) is being transferred from Inframark to Si Environmental. This process is expected to take 2–3 weeks.
  • Please remember: the transition will not be instantaneous. Once you receive your first water bill from Si Environmental in October, you will be able to set up your online account, paperless billing, and recurring payment options.

Thank you for your patience as Si Environmental completes the onboarding of customer accounts.
